This is my regular squat stance. Lower back feeling better, still aches after the last few sets.

    • 1set set: stopped at 3 reps. Thought I heard the door bell. Expecting the inversion table to be delivered today. Nope. Just my imagination -_-;

 

Ordered an inversion table yesterday, which should arrive next week.

Hopefully it lives up to the miracle cures I've been reading about.

    • Fatgripz makes this exercise much more difficult, and burning.
