Squat (low bar, medium stance)

This is my regular squat stance. Lower back feeling better, still aches after the last few sets.

Got my inversion table this week. Immediate pain relief, but it still comes back. Still, low back feels better.

    • 1set set: stopped at 3 reps. Thought I heard the door bell. Expecting the inversion table to be delivered today. Nope. Just my imagination -_-;

 

Squat (Wide Stance)

I'm finding that there's less forward lean compared to a shoulder width stance low bar back squat, so it feels like there's less stress on my lower back. I also find that it's difficult to squat deep with a wider stance.
